Oddhay.com is an online e-commerce shop based in Bangladesh, offering a wide range of fashion products including Panjabi, T-shirts, Shirts, Junior wear, Accessories, Pants, Sportswear, and Masks. We deliver across all districts of Bangladesh.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or use our website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

• By placing an order, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.

3. Account Registration

• You may browse our website without an account, but certain features (order tracking, wishlist, etc.) require registration.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

• Notify us immediately at [support@oddhay.com] if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

4. Products & Pricing

• All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without prior notice.

• We strive to display accurate colors and details, but actual product appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings.

• Prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• In case of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

5. Orders & Confirmation

• Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to:

  • Product unavailability

  • Pricing or description errors

  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity

  • Failure to verify customer information

• You will receive an order confirmation via SMS, email, or phone call once your order is verified.

6. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Cash on Delivery (COD) — available across Bangladesh

• bKash / Nagad / Rocket

• Bank Transfer

• Debit / Credit Card (where applicable)

For prepaid orders, payment must be completed within 24 hours; otherwise, the order may be automatically cancelled.

7. Shipping & Delivery

• Inside Dhaka: 1–3 business days

• Outside Dhaka: 3–7 business days

• Delivery charges vary based on location and will be shown at checkout.

• Delays may occur due to natural disasters, strikes, holidays, or courier issues, for which Oddhay.com is not liable.

• If you are unavailable at the delivery address, our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 2 times before returning the parcel.

8. Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

• Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery for:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Damaged or defective product

  • Size mismatch (subject to stock availability)

• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

• Non-returnable items: Innerwear, cosmetics, and clearance/sale items.

• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method or store credit.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was ours.

9. Order Cancellation

• You may cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting us.

• Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled; you may follow the return process after delivery.

• We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion with a full refund.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on Oddhay.com — including logos, images, product photos, text, graphics, and code — is the property of Oddhay.com and protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content without written permission.

11. User Conduct

By using our website, you agree not to:

• Use our site for any unlawful purpose

• Post false, misleading, or abusive content

• Attempt to hack, spam, or disrupt our services

• Violate any applicable Bangladeshi laws

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these rules.
